Refund Policy
At Amorya, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund according to the conditions below.
⏳ Return Period
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to submit a return or refund request.
✅ Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:

Opened and/or used product:
- No refund will be granted if the product has been opened, used or shows signs of voluntary wear.

Unopened product but opened package:
- If the product has not been used and the product packaging is intact, a partial refund of 30% may be granted.
- The return of the package must be validated by our customer service (with supporting photo).
- The package must be returned to our logistics center in Canada, with return shipping costs paid by the customer.

Unopened product, sealed package:
- If the package has not been opened and remains in its original condition, a full refund (100%) may be granted.
- The return must be sent to our logistics center in Canada, with return shipping costs paid by the customer.
📦 Defective or Damaged Product
In case of a defective or damaged product upon receipt:
- You have 30 days to file a claim.
- After validation by our customer service, a full refund or replacement will be offered.
- In this case, return shipping costs are entirely our responsibility.
💳 Refund Process
- Once the product is received and inspected, you will be informed of the processing of your request.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the payment method used during purchase, within 5 to 10 business days.

While our promotional banner may suggest "Try it free for 30 days, you have nothing to lose," please note that this offer is strictly governed by the conditions above. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in case of non-compliance with the rules, abuse or repeated use of our return policy.
