Shipping & Returns

Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours maximum (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 5 to 8 business days, depending on your country of residence and activity period.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Additional fees may apply for certain countries or regions.

Order Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order via the "Track My Order" tab on our website.

🔄 Returns

Return Period
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return a product if you are not completely satisfied.

Return Conditions

• The product must not be used, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
• The return must be validated in advance by our customer service at: hello@amoryaparis.io

Defective Products
If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days with a supporting photo. We will offer you either a free replacement or a full refund.

Return Costs

• If the return is related to an error or defect on our part, we will cover the return costs.
• In case of voluntary return (change of mind), return costs are your responsibility.

Refund
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
