Terms of Sale

These terms govern all online sales. By placing an order, the customer accepts all the conditions described below.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractual. In case of error, Amorya cannot be held responsible.

3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. Amorya reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without notice, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Orders
Any validated order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. Amorya reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of dispute with the customer, incomplete information or suspected fraud.

5. Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or via the solutions offered at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Transactions are secure.

6. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 48 hours maximum. Delivery time is 5 to 8 business days after shipment. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of ordering. Amorya cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or in case of force majeure.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with our refund policy, the customer has 30 days from receipt of their order to request a return, with or without reason. For more details, see the Refund Policy.

8. Warranties
In case of a defective product, Amorya undertakes to offer an exchange or full refund. This warranty does not cover misuse or intentionally caused damage.

9. Liability
Amorya cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the purchased product. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully read the instructions for use.

10. Personal Data
The information collected during ordering is necessary for its proper execution. Amorya undertakes not to transmit it to third parties without authorization. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website www.amoryaparis.io, visual or textual, are the exclusive property of Amorya. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

12. Applicable Law
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Otherwise, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
